How to Lease Space  at our Seaport Facilities

1 Submit a written letter of request with a description of the property you would like to lease and the purpose of your business/organization.
2 Complete a tenant application form. Applications can be obtained from the Property Management Department on St. Thomas or St. Croix or downloaded from this link.
3 You can hand deliver your application, or mail it to the address listed below. Please be sure to include all the required documents listed on the application's checklist.
4 Application Fee: $75 for existing tenants; $150 for new tenants
5 The property management staff reviews the application. If approved, it will be forwarded to VIPA's Governing Board Property Committee.
6 The Property Committee reviews the application and makes a recommendation to the Board, which makes a final decision on the application.
7 The Executive Director will then advise applicants in writing of the Board's decision and of any additional information needed to complete the agreement.
